Taking Data Security Seriously: Relecura’s SOC 2 Type 1 Certification Journey

With cyber crimes being predominant today, preserving and protecting sensitive customer data is critical. And SaaS organizations collaborating with and sharing confidential data with companies assume SOC2 to be a prerequisite for entrusting their data to them. The reason is so that the organizations are sure that the company’s practices, policies, and procedures will not allow their data to be compromised or lost. What SOC2 entails is a security structure that ensures that the controls and procedures of a company fit into it. Although SOC2 comprises two types of certification, the overall criteria rests on the following parameters: security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy.

With complete focus, dedication, and sincerity over the course of a month, Relecura has finally reached its desired destination and has now joined the league of SOC2 Type 1 certified organizations. It can now look forward to a more exciting journey that involves working with many new high level customers in the IP and innovation space.
